Adding a new contributor

There are two ways to add new contributors.

1. Import a Pubmed reference.
   • Use the Import Data function. The authors of the reference will be added as contributors
2. Manually add a new contibutor
   1. Perform an Advanced Search for ---Contributors.
   2. Check the Edit Mode box
   3. In the box next to -Contributor Instance enter the last name and initials of the contributor.
